Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Good Food Guide. We want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Conditions
All Good Food Guide Shop items are made to order, so we can only accept returns if the item is damaged. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the item received, please see the returns information below.


Return Window
If eligible for a return (see return conditions), you can return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at enquiries@thegoodfoodguide.co.uk. Providing us with the following information:
-       Your order number
-       A description of the problem.
-       Details about how the order was packaged.
-       Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

If an item needs to be returned to us, we will provide you with a paid return label. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at enquiries@thegoodfoodguide.co.uk.


Items lost in transit
For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
